Dannmar’s 12,000 lb. capacity alignment lift is two lifts in one. That’s because it works as an alignment system and a car lift. Dannmar’s utilized industrial-strength slip plates and turn plates into the runways to provide optimal results. With this, the wheels respond to every adjustment with effectively no resistance.
This is the sturdy alignment lift for most shops, especially if you service large, low ground-clearance vehicles. Dannmar’s alignment system features front turn plates and rear slip plates built right into the runways. The wheels always respond to your adjustments with free-floating and no resistance.
Dannmar’s D4-12A four-post alignment lift utilizes multi-caster slip plates in the rear and turn plates in the front that allow for very precise alignments. These turn plates also provide more clearance for equipment installations. The lift can otherwise be used for most repairs and vehicle or light to medium weight truck storage. With a lift like the Dannmar D4-12A, shops can free up extra floor space or increase parking capacity.
The Dannmar D4-12A alignment lift comes standard with robust 10.5” diameter dual-hub cable sheaves within the runway and cross tubes and 2.25” diameter sheave axles. A heavy-duty 1/2” diameter aircraft-quality stainless-steel lifting cable runs through each of the four columns. Designed for non-stop use and totally resistant to rubbing and other abrasions from weather, chemicals, and hydraulic oil. Aircraft-quality stainless steel and aluminum pneumatic cylinders provide years of trouble-free service. Other features include electric/hydraulic power, push button pneumatic lock release, adjustable height locking positions, an optional rolling bridge jack, and more.
